Anti Human Trafficking and Exploitation Policy
1. Purpose and scope
TobyDick.com is committed to ensuring that its platform is never used for human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or any form of exploitation. This policy applies to all content, users, performers, staff, contractors, and business partners who interact with or provide services to TobyDick.com. Card brands require merchants in our category to maintain clear policies that prohibit the use of their websites to promote human trafficking, sex trafficking, or abuse.
2. Zero tolerance statement
TobyDick.com has a zero tolerance position toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, and any content or activity that involves coercion, fraud, manipulation, or abuse. Any person or entity that uses or attempts to use our platform for these purposes will have access removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on TobyDick.com
• Content involving anyone under the age of eighteen • Content that appears to involve coercion, force, threats, fraud, or abuse of power • Content that depicts or suggests exploitation of vulnerable persons including runaways, persons under the control of another, or persons unable to give informed consent • Recruitment, advertisement, coordination, or facilitation of prostitution or commercial sex where there is any indication of force, fraud, or coercion • Use of the platform to arrange, promote, or profit from human trafficking or sex trafficking in any way

4. Age and identity verification and consent
TobyDick.com requires that all performers appearing in any content on the site are at least eighteen years old. The site maintains a process for age and identity verification which includes
• Collection and secure storage of valid government issued photo identification for all performers • Confirmation that the performer has given informed and voluntary consent to appear in the content and to its distribution on the site • Refusal to host content where documentation is missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or appears altered
Any content for which age and consent cannot be verified will be removed.
5. Monitoring and review of content
TobyDick.com uses a combination of human review and technical tools to identify and address potentially illegal or abusive content. This may include
• Pre screening and ongoing review of sample content • Review of reports or complaints from users, partners, rights holders, or third party organizations • Immediate removal or suspension of content while it is under investigation
We maintain internal records of flagged content and actions taken in order to meet card brand and regulatory expectations.
6. Employee and contractor responsibilities
All employees, contractors, and moderators who work with user content or performer material receive guidance on
• Recognizing indicators of human trafficking and exploitation • Following internal escalation and reporting procedures • Protecting the privacy and safety of potential victims

7. Reporting suspected trafficking or exploitation
TobyDick.com encourages anyone who suspects that human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation may be connected to content or activity on our platform to report it immediately.

8. Cooperation with law enforcement and payment partners
TobyDick.com will cooperate with law enforcement investigations and with acquiring banks, card brands, and payment partners to help detect, prevent, and address human trafficking and exploitation. This may include sharing logs, account information, and other relevant data in line with applicable laws and privacy obligations. Polaris+1
9. Enforcement and account actions
If TobyDick.com becomes aware of any user, account, or partner who may be involved in human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation, we may
• Suspend or terminate accounts • Remove content • Block payments or stop processing transactions • Report the matter to law enforcement and to relevant payment and banking partners
These actions may be taken without notice where urgent action is required to protect potential victims or comply with law.
10. Policy review
TobyDick.com will review this policy on a regular basis and update it as needed to align with changes in law, card brand rules, and industry best practices.
